The Raleigh Transit Operations Center is a LEED Platinum-rated maintenance and operations facility consisting of bus maintenance, fueling, wash buildings, and an administration buildings.   We programmed, user-co-designed, designed the buildings and developed bridging documents for design-build delivery in only twelve weeks time.  Williard Stewart is the architect-of-recod for the design.  Cline Design is the contractor’s construction documents architect-of-record. The project was awarded the American Public Works Association’s Best Project of 2012, nationally.
