Mark Williard established “Mark Williard and Associates, PA” in 1988 to provide conscientious planning and design services to clients who contribute to the well-being of our community.  The firm initially focused its efforts on serving local universities and municipalities, on park facility design, and on historic preservation.  Architect Ola Ferm joined the practice in 1995 and served as Vice President from 2005-2014.   “Williard Ferm Architects, PA” expanded its services and capacities, winning new commissions for public safety, transportation, and maintenance and operations facilities, serving municipal, state, and federal clients.  Ola left the firm in 2014.   Architect Paul Stewart, an associate of the firm since 1999, and Vice President since 2014 has responsibility for design services, quality assurance, and construction administration services.   Now, 30 years since its inception, the firm is known as  Williard Stewart Architects, PA  and continues in its dedication to serve the sectors of government and the institutions of education that protect, serve, and enrich our community.  Mark Williard continues to lead the firm as the senior designer, strategist,  and President of the practice.
