The aim of the project was to create a desirable place to live that balances usable private space with high quality public space. Day-lighted common spaces are unfolded at the building corners to maximize light penetration and views. Building footprints turn and bend to form outdoor commons and urban green spaces.   This was the first stand-alone project for the newly formed firm.
